Up for bid is a 2.9 Pound Chunk of BLOOD STONE. It has striking dark green Jasper enhanced by crimson red speckles pattern and it takes a bright polish. The photos do not show the fantastic pattern. This unique chunk will be a unique specimen. It is 6-1/2'' x 3-1/2'' x 2. All my slabs are rough material and they are not polished. Yes they have been cut on a slab saw only. I use soapy water to take photos in sun light which gives it a polished look. All slabs look different when dry and they have a dull look to them until your add water or clear coat paint or have them polished. As with all rock there can be fracturing.
