Apache gem Chrysocolla small rough cutter slab

I consider Apache Chrysocolla to be the holy grail of chrysocolla. It is said to have come from an old worked out copper mine in Mexico and there is nothing I know of that is quite like it.
This stunning, very rare stone is made up of many different minerals including Chrysocolla, Malachite, Shattuckite, Turquoise, Calcite, Cuperite, Hematite, Quartz, Linarite, Silver and even Gold.
Many years ago it made the cover of Rock and Gem magazine. These days there is very little of this on the market and the price has skyrocketed. This is old, high grade material.
The color and patterns are excellent.
