I bought this for one primary reason, the put in and remove 3" long 3/8" lag bolts that hold our iron staircase handrails in place at some townhouses we own. The top ballister is less than 6" from the wall, and the only way to get the 3" lag bolts in or out is with a ratchet set, or this angle driver. I bought a Milwaukee one, and it died after less than 4 bolts--and there are 6 per handrail. I bought another one at our local hardware store for , and it too could not handle the load of driving 3" lag bolts with either the impact driver or the cordless drill. This Dewalt driver has been great--I've installed over 20 lag bolts with it and it hasn't missed a beat. If you need one of these angle drivers, I highly recommend this Dewalt one.
