Description
Outstanding Australian material that has been around for a few years now. A solidified mud stone that is dug in the Pilbara region of Western Australia not far from the mining town of Newman, about 700 miles north of Perth. This takes and excellent polish and cuts a super fine cabochon. Reds, yellows, and greys make up for some wild interesting contrast. A larger slab measures 8" by 5" and 1/4" thick, a couple small stress marks have been sealed This is solid ready for your lapidary talents.  Pictures taken wet.
